Yes. You will be sent a car pass and route map approximately four weeks prior to the show along with your personal pass for the Club.

Jeans are permitted, but we politely request no scruffy or torn jeans or sportswear be worn within the Aviation Club. Smart shorts are also allowed in case of hot weather.

All footwear should be clean and due to the location of the car parks and the sometimes long grass we would suggest that guests wear suitable footwear, smart trainers are permitted.

Please note that our menus include a range of food options, including vegetarian and vegan. Relish, our catering partner, can also provide gluten free/coeliac dishes. In the tick box section of the booking process please let us know if you have any allergies or special requirements. However, the menu is set, so we sadly cannot cater for 'preferences'.

You will be allocated a seat at a shared lunch table on arrival by our welcoming Volunteer team. If you wish to sit with someone who has booked separately, can you please let us know in advance.

Yes, access to the Aviation Club is across hard surfaces or via trackway. However, the garden is grass, which is sometimes quite long, so those with restricted mobility should consider this when booking. 

There is a disabled toilet on site.

Please advise us, when booking, if you are a wheelchair user, which helps us with our seating plans.

No, all outdoor seating is unreserved but there are enough garden chairs for everyone.

Smoking (including vaping) within the enclosures is only allowed in Outdoor Designated Smoking Area.
