Dan Sewell Customer Experience Director

Dan joined the RAFCTE as the new Customer Experience Director in June 2024. Bringing over 20 years of experience in the events industry, including expertise in large-scale consumer events, Dan is set to drive the development of the customer offer at the Royal International Air Tattoo. 
Leading the newly established Customer Engagement department, Dan will oversee event marketing and communications, general admission and enclosure experiences, showground retail, merchandise, and the introduction of new customer-focused initiatives. 
Before joining RAFCTE, Dan worked in London and held positions as Event Director at Immediate Live, delivering passion led consumer events across the UK. He also held the role of Chairman of the Association of Event Organisers (AEO) Development Board and contributed to various AEO working groups.
