The National Flying Laboratory Centre (NFLC) operates aircraft for Cranfield University, including its key asset, the Jetstream 31 - the flying classroom and engineering laboratory.

The Jetstream is a twin-turboprop airliner, first flown in 1980 and still in service with a number of airlines and other operators around the world.
