Airbus CC-150T Polaris - Canada
Canada's fleet of five CC-150 Polaris were all converted from A310-300 airliners that were previously operated by Wardair and were sold when the airline merged with Canadian Air Lines. Entering service in 1992, all five aircraft were originally intended to be converted to be combined cargo and passenger transport aircraft with a side cargo door. However, the fifth aircraft was converted into a VIP aircraft for governmental use. The aircraft on display here at RIAT 2022 is a CC-150T variant, one of a pair converted to undertake the aerial refuelling role in addition to its other duties.
