Piper PA-18 Super Cub

The Piper PA-18 Super Cub is a direct development of the PA-11 Cub building on an already successful design by adding an electrical system plus a significantly more powerful engine. Due to the Super Cub's excellent short take off and landing abilities, the type is extremely popular with bush pilots in remote areas such as Alaska.
