SAAB Sk35C Draken

Making their long awaited RIAT debut this year will be Swedish Air Force Historic Flight who are sending their classic jet trainers for our static display. The SK.37c Draken was the two seat conversion trainer of this cold war classic which was the first supersonic fighter to be developed in western Europe. First entering service with the Swedish Air Force in 1960, this high speed interceptor was only finally retired from military service when the Austrian Air Force retired their fleet in 2005.
