SAAB Sk37E Viggen

Making their long awaited RIAT debut this year will be Swedish Air Force Historic Flight who are sending their classic jet trainers for our static display. Developed in multiple versions including fighter, ground attack, reconnaissance and conversion trainer, the J-37 Viggen served Sweden as its primary combat aircraft from 1971 until 2005. The unique layout of the SK two-seat version allowed for both the student and instructor the same forward view which was essential for low level and roadway airfield training.
