Yakovlev Yak-52 - Civilian

First flying in 1976, the Yak-52 was developed as the primary trainer for the Soviet Air Forces. The design is fully aerobatic which has made the type very popular with western display teams. The aircraft on display has been provided by Team Phoenix whose pilots are all amputees.
