Aeromere Falco F8L

The Aeromere Falco is a two seat aerobatic aircraft which was designed in Italy by Stelio Frati, the designer of the SF.260 which is also on static at this year's Air Tattoo. The aircraft first flew in 1955 and was constantly enhanced until the end of production in 2014. Whilst primarily built in Italy, the type was also made in the US as a kit to allow home builders to construct their own aircraft. The aircraft is considered as one of the strongest and best handling aircraft ever made available for home building.

A single Aeromere Falco F8L will be appearing on static at RIAT 2023 and is owned by the president of the Historic Aircraft Group of Italy who are providing many of the historic aircraft for static display as part of our celebration of the Italian Air Force centenary.
