Pipistel Velis Electro

The Pipistrel Velis Electro is the world's first electric powered aircraft to receive a Type Clearance Certificate. As a result, the aircraft can be used commercially or for formal pilot training. The battery can be charged from 30% to 100% in under two hours and the aircraft can fly for 50 minutes at a maximum speed of 113 miles per hour.

After making its debut at RIAT 2022, the Velis Electro will be returning to RIAT 2023 on static display.
