Coach Operator Terms and Conditions

  • On Friday 18 July the flying display will last over 4 hours and on Saturday 19 July and Sunday 20 July the flying display will last over 7 hours.  The content of aircraft flying may vary on each day
  • Tickets are sent as e-tickets to the coach operator contact email address
  • An initial purchase of 20 tickets qualifies you for the group rate and will need to be booked before the end of April
  • Additional tickets can be purchased ad hoc via our website or by telephone for the same rate.  Final numbers sold to be confirmed by the end of June
  • Tickets are sold as non-refundable
  • Tickets must be paid for at the time of purchase
  • Cheque and bank payments must clear before ticket purchases are processed
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%
  • All group coach ticket holders must arrive in coaches
