Tecnam P2008JC
The Tecnam P2008 is a single-engine two seat ultra-light aircraft built in Italy. First flying during September 2008 the Tecnam has a fixed tricycle undercarriage without any steering mechanism installed, the pilot having to steer by differential breaking on the rear wheels. Whilst the wings and tailplane are metal, the remainder of the fuselage is carbon fibre.
This aircraft appearing on static display was acquired by the Air Tattoo's parent charity, the RAF Charitable Trust and is operated by the RAF Waddington Flying Club.
